Christy Beck, with the Superior Upper Peninsula Chapter of the American Red Cross, joined us today to give a local perspective to relief efforts in Haiti following the massive earthquake that hit there recently. She told us about a way to text a message and that would make a $10 donation to the relief effort. To do so, simply text “HAITI” to 90999. The $10 amount will be added to your next phone bill.
