Munising – The Marquette Food Co-op will sponsor a “Producing Your Own Maple Syrup” class on Thursday, January 21 at 7 p.m. at the Falling Rock Cafe and Bookstore in Munising, and at 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 26, at the Marquette Arts and Culture Center, located in the Peter White Public Library.
Learn how to tap and make your maple syrup. Classes are free to co-op owners, with a $3 suggested donation for others. For more information call 225-0671, ext. 23.
