Marquette -The NMU Regional Police Academy will hold graduation for 16 police recruits on Tuesday, August 21 at 11 a.m. in the commons area of the Jacobetti Center at NMU..
The recruits, who came to NMU from throughout Michigan, have completed a 16-week basic police training course of 800 hours of training required by the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards.
The public is welcome to attend.
