Marquette – Northern Michigan University will offer a culinary workshop on barbecue on Wednesday July 29 from 4 to 8 p.m. in Room 212 of the Jacobetti Center.
NMU professor Chris Kibit will lead the session. Time will be devoted to hands-on preparation, followed by an opportunity for participants to eat the foods they prepare.
The $80 cost for the workshop covers food, supplies and the meal. For more information or to register, call 227-2190.
