Marquette – Northern Michigan University will offer two evening culinary workshops that are open to the public.
A soups and sauces workshop will offered on Wednesday, July 22, and a barbecue workshop will be offered on July 29. Each will meet from 4 to 8 p.m. in Room 212 of the Jacobetti Center.
NMU professor Chris Kibit will lead the sessions. Time will be devoted to hands-on preparation, followed by an opportunity for participants to eat the foods they prepare.
The $80 cost for each workshop covers food, supplies and the meal. For more information or to register, call 227-2190.
