Marquette Senior High School celebrated its homecoming with a parade on Friday, September 19, 2008 in Marquette, Michigan.
The Marquette City Police escorted convertibles loaded with homecoming royalty and a few teachers that were being honored. Lots of enthusiastic freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors walked in the marching band or followed their respective classes floats and yelled and screamed as their classes passed the spectators lining the streets on their way from Graveraet Middle School, down Third Street and then up West Magnetic Street to the Marquette Senior High School as the varsity football team prepared to go to battle with the Escanaba Eskymos.
