It wasn't easy but NMU defeated the Ferris State Bulldogs in three straight sets (25-20, 27-25, 25-17) at Vandament Arena on November 7th.
On Northern's defense, Mandie Meyer led with 11 digs, while Caryn VanBuckum had three blocked shots at the net. Daniela Bezerra led with the Wildcat offense with 10 kills while Katt Garvick, VanBeckum and Meyer each finished with eight kills.
