Champion – Van Riper State Park's Explore Guide program will offer “Fantastic Frogs” on Saturday, June 27 at 4 p.m. at the boat launch.
Search for and learn how to identify frogs. Be prepared to get a little wet.
Sunscreen and bug repellent are recommended. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
The program is free, but a Michigan State Park Motor Vehicle Permit is required for park entry.
Campfire stories begin at 9 p.m. at the Campfire Circle. Bring s'more fixin's and join the fun for folklore and campfire stories.
