Community Grand Opening Celebration with Giveaways Scheduled for Saturday, October 18
October 13, 2025 – Dollar General is excited to announce its store at 250 M-95 in Champion is now open to provide the community with convenient and affordable access to household essentials! To celebrate, the Company plans to host a grand opening event on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 8 a.m., which will include $10 complimentary gift cards to the first 50 adult customers and DG tote bags to the first 100 customers.

Dollar General plans to create new jobs in the Champion community as the store is expected to employ approximately six to 10 people, depending on the individual needs of the store.
