Partridge Creek Farm Seeks Operations & Finance Co-Executive Director

Ishpeming, MI — August 26th, 2025 – Partridge Creek Farm, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing food education, access, and community wellness, is excited to announce a leadership opportunity for an Operations & Finance Executive Director. This pivotal role will guide the organization’s long-term sustainability and mission fulfillment in partnership with the Executive Director Programs & Partnership.

The Operations & Finance Executive Director will serve as a co-Executive Director of Partridge Creek Farm, focusing on financial oversight, operational excellence, fundraising strategy, board development, and organizational compliance. This reciprocal approach encourages balance, sparks innovation, and strengthens our team-driven culture.

Leadership Responsibilities

As a shared leader, the Operations & Finance Co-Executive Director will provide comprehensive oversight of the organization’s financial health and growth strategies, while also driving fundraising initiatives that include grant development, corporate partnerships, and individual donor cultivation. This role will ensure strong business operations, from event planning and communications to regulatory and legal compliance, while also collaborating with the Board of Directors on strategic planning and governance. Beyond these operational priorities, the Co-Executive Director will play a vital role in strengthening organizational culture, building systems that promote efficiency and accountability, and representing Partridge Creek Farm publicly with donors, media, and community partners.

Qualifications & Expertise

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of nonprofit leadership experience, with a strong background in finance, operations, and fundraising. A commitment to food access, community development, and education is preferred, along with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Compensation & Benefits

This full-time position offers a $60,000 annual salary, 20 days PTO, a health benefits stipend, professional development opportunities, and access to fresh seasonal vegetables grown at Partridge Creek Farm.
