Marquette, Michigan – Saturday, October 28, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. -The sidewalks of Marquette will be filled with ghouls, goblins, and other costumed kiddos on Halloween, Sunday, October 29 from 4-7 p.m.! Parents are invited to bring their children to Trick or Treat at participating downtown businesses. Please look for the Downtown Halloween Trick or Treat poster in the window. This event is held in conjunction with the We ask that participants please follow all safety guidelines set forth by the Marquette City Police.
Returning this year is the closing of the 100 & 200 block of Washington St. to ensure the safety of the children while they go between businesses on one of the busiest roads of Downtown Marquette. All of Downtown Marquette will be open for businesses to participate in the event but only the 100 & 200 blocks of Washington will be closed from 4 – 7 PM.
New this year is the temporary closure of the new Downtown Marquette Social District from 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM to ensure that this event stays child friendly. This will be the first time the Social District will be closed for an event and will resume operations at 7:00 PM when the event concludes.
Residential Trick or Treating coordinated by the City of Marquette will fall on Tuesday, October 31 from 4 – 7 PM.
