Marquette, MI – November 30, 2022 – Beth Millner Jewelry has now released new pendants for our fundraiser program to
benefit the Upper Peninsula Land Conservancy and the Yellow dog Watershed Preserve.
Fifty dollars from the sale of each pendant will be donated back to its respective
organization.
The UPLC currently protects more than 6,000 acres of land in the Upper Peninsula, including 10 dedicated preserves, 24 experimental working forest reserves,
and 21 conservation easements with private landowners and partnering organizations.
The YDWP owns and preserves 2300 acres of land within the watershed, and monitors
the water quality of rivers, wetlands, springs, and rivers in the area. Since starting our
Local Fundraiser Programs, we are proud to announce that we have raised over $53,000
for local organizations. Previous partner organizations include the Community Foundation
of Marquette County, the Iron Ore Heritage Trail, UPAWS, and more.
From everyone here at Beth Millner Jewelry, we wish you a wonderful holiday
season!
