LANSING – The Michigan Department of Natural Resources is accepting public comment on the statewide Forest Management Plan. DNR Resource Analyst David Price said citizens have until March 14 to submit comments on the plan.
The state forest plan deals with the larger scope of management. The Department also has local foresters working on regional plans, due out later this year.
