MUNISING – The Munising City Council meets this Wednesday night. At the top of their agenda is the municipal water and sewer project, schedule to start this spring.
According to City Manager Doug Bovin, the project will be a major infrastructure improvement for the city. While the water rates will be increased, the council reduced the millage, which they say will say most property owners.
The city is planning a townhall meeting on the project March 26th.
