City of Marquette Beaches will be closed August 28, 2020

Effective date: Friday, August 28th
Be advised that the City of Marquette Beaches will be closed the rest of today, August 28th, due to inclement weather. Lifeguards will not be on duty during this period of time.
The City Fire Department will issue a news release later, advising news agencies of either beaches reopening, or continued closure.
Beach status updates may also be accessed through the City’s website, https://www.marquettemi.gov/departments/fire/waterfront-safety/
