UPCAP seeking older adults to participate in a Health, Wellness, and Technology Survey June 15, 2020

Upper Peninsula Commission for Area Progress (UPCAP) is seeking older adults to participate in a Health, Wellness, and Technology Survey.  Due to COVID-19 guidelines, UPCAP’s programming is going online and virtual. The survey will help determine what future health and wellness programs UP seniors are interested in, as well as the technology they might use to access programming.

The survey can be found on UPCAP’s website at www.upcap.org and clicking “Health, Wellness and Technology Survey.” Older adults can also receive assistance in completing the survey by dialing  2-1-1 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m..

The survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete and results are confidential. Participants have through July 17 to complete the survey.
