MARQUETTE, MI – The City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center is accepting entries for February’s Wintercharm exhibit. Wintercharm is an annual art exhibition sponsored by the Lake Superior Art Association, the MACC and the Peter White Public Library. Artwork that embodies the spirit of our wintry climate will be accepted. This is a non-juried exhibition open to the public, and all media is welcomed.
The exhibition will be held at the Peter White Public Library in the Huron Mountain Club Gallery located at 217 N. Front Street, Feb. 2 through Feb. 28. There will be a reception on Thursday, Feb. 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. Artists and public are welcome to attend.
Entry forms and guidelines for the show can be picked up in the SmallWorks Gallery at the MACC. Artwork (with entry forms attached) is due on Friday, Jan. 30 before 5 p.m. and artists will pick up their work in the Huron Mountain Club Gallery on Saturday, Feb. 28 between 1 and 5 p.m.
