Michigan Tech in Houghton has suspended face-to-face classes for the rest of the spring semester March 18, 2020

Michigan Tech in Houghton has suspended face-to-face classes for the rest of the spring semester.  The university had originally planned the suspension until April 17th, moving to online and remote instruction. Tech has also cancelled the spring commencement ceremony, but are currently working on options to recognize graduates.  The university is also waiting to make a decision on how classes will be handled during summer semesters.
