On Wednesday, March 11 at 12:00 pm, Dr. Keith Connolly, will discuss Advances in Hip Replacement Surgery in this month’s Meet the Physician session in the Peter White Public Library’s Shiras Room on the upper level. Dr. Connolly performs anterior hip replacement, a minimally-invasive surgery that replaces damaged bones in the hip joint using a frontal incision. This approach produces less damage to the muscles and tendons than other methods which leads to a faster and less painful recovery.
