Marquette, MI – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning (NCLL) will offer an advance care planning workbook session at 1 pm on Thursday, April 4th, at the Upper Peninsula Health Plan office on Washington Street. The registration deadline is Monday, March 25. Kate LaBeau, advance care planning program manager, will lead the discussion. This event is free to attend and open to the public.
LaBeau will discuss ways to explore choices, share with family and set healthcare goals for the future. Discussion will be followed by completing individual guide books to make choices count.
