Public Forums with U.P. Area Agency on Agency March 20th

Pickford, MI – In preparation for writing the Area Plan of Services to Older Adults for Fiscal Years 2020-2022, the U.P. Area Agency on Aging will be holding public input sessions. The purpose of these sessions is to obtain input from older adults, caregivers, service providers, and the general public concerning the needs of older adults in the Upper Peninsula – particularly unmet needs, long term care, and priority services for the elderly.

The public input session for the eastern part of the region will be held on Wednesday, March 20th at 11:15 am at the Pickford Township Hall, 155 E. Main Street, Pickford. This session is open to the public.

Individuals who are unable to attend the public input session may provide written comments at any time. Please send any written comments to the Executive Director, U.P. Area Agency on Aging, P.O. Box 606, Escanaba, MI 49829.
