For those who want to learn the basics of fishing this is your chance. Participants will learn to cast a fish line, how to bait a hook, how to remove a hook from a fish and why there are fishing regulations. This program is for the beginner or very little experience fishing. Anyone 17 and older needs to have a valid Michigan Fishing License with them even if it is a parent helping their child. In order to fish, participants must be present for the entire program.
