Champion, MI – Join us on August 12th in hopes of viewing the Perseid Meteor Showers! At 9:30 p.m. our explorer guide will educate us on the amazing night sky as we munch on some yummy s’mores waiting for a glimpse of the first meteor. Programming will take place in our day use area at our shelter building then you can stroll on down to our beach area for a self-guided viewing of the spectacular Perseid Meteor Showers.
