“Dealing with Difficult People” seminar and citizens' forum will be held on January 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lakeview Arena in Marquette. Topics include answers to tough questions, delivering bad news, verbal attacks, managing anger, being a diplomat, and dealing with the citizen who is mentally ill.
