The Marquette Arts and Culture Center presents “Memory and Place” a visual arts exhibition by Copper Country artist, Phyllis Fredenall through the end of January. A public reception for the artist will be held on Thursday, January 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Art Center Gallery in the lower level of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
