The Keweenaw Ecumenical Choir will present two spring concerts. the first will be on Saturday, April 21 at 2 p.m. at the Portage Lake United Church, 1400 E. Houghton Ave. in Houghton and the second on Sunday, April 22 at 3 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Church, 56512 Rockland St. in Calumet. These free concerts will include gospel, spirituals, and traditional music. The choir is accompanied by Connie Boruta and directed by Ole Kristensen and Eric Erickson. Receptions will follow the concerts.
