Ishpeming, Mi.– The Joy Center is hosting An Evening of Meditation Through Sound this Monday, April 16, from 7:00- 9:00 p.m.
Come and enjoy a wonderful evening of self-care through singing bowls, gongs and a variety of other sound-producing instruments.
The use of chanting, singing, drumming and singing bowls have been used for healing, stress reduction, and dealing with many conditions for many years.
