The 49th annual Art on the Rocks Festival will be held at Presque Isle Park and the 14th annual Outback Art Show at Picnic Rocks/Shiras Park on Lakeshore Blvd. both in Marquette on Saturday, July 28 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
