State Representative Steven Lindberg and Gary McDowell will hold a town hall meeting on Thursday, July 19 at 7 p.m. at the Schoolcraft County Courthouse in the Circuit Court Room to discuss their plans to fight the Department of Corrections plan to close Camp Manistique. Area residents are encouraged to attend and offer their input on how the loss of these 45 good-paying jobs will affect them and their communities. The Courthouse is located at 300 Walnut Street in Manistique.
