The film, “Africa: Who is to Blame?” will be shown on Tuesday, November 13 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library. The film explores whether Africa's problems stem from corporate greed, traces of colonialism or homegrown leadership. A discussion will follow the film.
