Northern Michigan Public Service Academy will offer a seminar on interest based negotiations on Thursday, November 8 in the Citizens Forum at Lakeview Arena, Marquette. Participants will gain an enhanced knowledge of interest-based negotiations, and practical experience in skills and techniques utilized in IBB. A presentation, handouts and discussion will enable participants to determine if IBB would be appropriate for their organization. Presenters will include Brian Maki and Glenn Tarkowski, commissioners with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Fee is $15 for NMPSA members, $60 for others.
