The Marquette Arts and Culture Center invites you to the First Thursday of the Month Series on November 1 at 7 p.m. for an evening of Finnish songs for children along with Finnish sayings. Childen and adults will be taught about Finland through maps, books, pictures, toys and other materials. Tanya Stanaway will be the presenter. Admission is $2 and the event will be held in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
