Noah's Ark Children's Carnival will be offered at the First Baptist Church in New Swanzy on Wednesday, October 31 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The event is free and a great alternative to traditional trick or treating. The event is being sponsored by the Gwinn-Sawyer Area Chamber of Commerce.
