A dance fund-raiser to benefit the Marquette Scandinavian Midsummer Festival, will be held on Sunday, October 28 l from 2 to 5:30 p.m. at the Masonic Building, 128 W. Washington Street, Marquette (enter from alley on the north side). Music will be provided by the Backwoods Boys. Light foods and non-alcoholic beverages will be available. Tickets cost $5 per person and are available in advance from Midsummer committee members or at the door. The midsummer festival takes place each June at Presque Isle Park.
