China vs. USOEC Wrestling/Boxing/Weightlifting will take place on Tuesday, October 23 at 7 p.m. at the Berry Event Center in Marquette. This historic competition will mark the first time Chinese athletes will compete in four sports in the same facility at the same time in the United States. Spectators will get a preview of the 2008 Beijing Olympics as U.S. Olympic Education Center team members take on Chinese athletes in boxing, Greco-Roman wrestling, weightlifting and women's freestyle wrestling. Many of the competitors are national or world medalists who are in contetention for positions on the Olympic Team. Tickets will be available at all NMU EZ Ticket Outlets and the USOEC office.
