Ishpeming – The Friends of the Ishpeming Carnegie Public Library will sponsor a sale of used books on Thursday, March 15 from 5 to 7 p.m.; Friday, March 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday, March 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Leverton Community Room on the lower level of the library. The Ishpeming Carnegie Library is at 317 N. Main Street in Ishpeming.
On Thursday and Friday, all hardcovers will sell for one dollar and paperbacks for fifty cents. On Saturday from 10 a.m. until noon, all books will be half price, while in the afternoon there will be a bag sale, with books selling for three dollars a bag.
