Amy Groszbach, a faculty member of the Mayo Clinic molecular genetics division, will present a seminar for aspiring lab clinicians and scientists at Northern Michigan University on Thursday, October 4 from 4 to 5 p.m. in Mead Auditorium in West Science. This public event is free. Refreshments will be served. Groszbach will address “Mayo Clinic Molecular Genetics Laboratory: Training Today’s Lab Experts.” Her seminar will cover DNA, the role of the clinical technician, practicum experience, molecular genetics techniques used in the lab and projects completed by past students.
