Marquette – The National Alliance on Mental Illness-Alger/Marquette will offer an educational meeting on Monday, February 26 at 7 p.m. in the Baraga Place Conference Room, 129 West Baraga Avenue, Marquette.
Doug Russell, Executive Director of Room At The Inn, will speak about the role mental illness plays in homelessness. People with mental illness are at greater risk of experiencing homelessness. Homelessness, in turn, amplifies poor mental health.
