A “Grandma Doors” Celebration will be held on Friday, September 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. in Hancock. Street musicians will play, and refreshments will be served. Ladies, creatively painted on old doors, are bringing family histories to the street, bridging the business community with arts and culture. Students from Hancock and Ontonagon High Schools, families, individuals, and artists-in-residence have created over 100 doors. Grandma Doors will be on view through the fall color season.
