“People of Uganda: Facing Conflict and Surviving” Presentation Aug.29

“People of Uganda: Facing Conflict and Surviving” will be presented by Ishpeming native, Kathleen Sheridan,on Wednesday, August 29 at 6 p.m. in the lower level conference room (Suite #47, next to the Snack Shop) in the U. P. Medical Center in Marquette. Use the Waldo St. entrance to come to this free program. Kathleen Sheridan has volunteered for one year with MedAir, a Switzerland-based NGO (non-governmental organization) which provides humanitarian aid to the displaced people of northern Uganda.
