The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer a series of four classes in Watercolor Techniques on Fridays, beginning March 7 and ending on March 28 from 10 to noon at the Arts and Culture Center Workshop #3 in the Peter White Public Library. The class is most suitable for those with previous experience with watercolor. Registration deadline is Tuesday, March 4. Call Marge Forslin at 869-4791. The cost is $16 for members and $28 for nonmembers.
