A discussion on self-care strategies for caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s or other serious illnesses will be offered on Friday, January 11 from noon to 2 p.m. Friday in the MSU Extension oard room at Mather Middle School, 413 Elm Avenue, Munising. Practical tips and organizational tools for a caregiver’s “needs to get done list” will be discussed. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions.
