Global Issues/Human Geographies Film Series and NMU's Geography Department will show the film “The Debt of Dictators” on Tuesday, March 18 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library. The film exposes the lending of billions of dollares by multinational banks and international financial institutions to brutal dictaorts throughout the world.
