The Copper Country Curling Club will be host its annual “Curling Open House and Learn to Curl” on Sunday, December 30 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and again on Sunday, January 6, 2008 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Drill House, behind the high school, in Calumet. No curling experience is necessary. Membership applications for new curlers will be accepted at this event, with leagues forming on January 2.
