The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer a visual presentation of holiday markets along the Rhine and Main Rivers. Carol Margrif took a trip to the area in December of 2004. She will present pictures from Nuremberg, Bamberg, Rothenburg, Heidelberg, and Cologne.The highlights of the presentation will include the Heidelberg Castle, the Germand Christmas Museum, the “Festival of Lights,” music and a few market finds. The event is free and will take place on Tuesday, December 18 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library. Registration deadline for the event is Friday, December 14.
