Northern Michigan University's psychology department will present “Beauty is Better with Deception: Motivation and Competition” on Friday, December 7 at 3:10 p.m. in room 167 Gries Hall. Master's degree candidate Anthony Crispigna will present the study that examined the effects of performance and deception on intrinsic motivation – effects not previously studied.
