Calendar – Films/Documentaries – Modern Classics to Screen “Lost in Translation” – Jan. 25

Marquette – Modern Classics Series will offer a screening of “Lost in Translation” on Thursday, January 25 at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.

Released in 2003, this drama is directed by Sofia Coppola and won an Oscar for best writing and original screenplay. Set in Tokyo, it tells the story of a has-been movie star who establishes a relationship with a young woman. Starring Bill Murray, Scarlett Johansson and Giovanni Ribisi, this movie is rated R and runs 1 hour 42 minutes.
