Big Bay – The Chocolay Raptor Center will release a rehabilitated northern goshawk on Tuesday, November 28 at 11:45 a.m. at Powell Township Elementary School in Big Bay.
The hawk flew into a window and was found Friday next to the school, stunned and concussed. The teachers rescued the hawk, and notified the CRC. The students will participate in the release as an educational event. The public is welcome to attend the release.
