Marquette – The Northern Michigan University hospitality and tourism management program will host a five-course themed dinner “The Dragon’s Delight” on Wednesday, November 15 in Chez Nous at the NMU Jacobetti Complex. Seating times are at 4:30, 5:15 and 6:30 p.m.
The menu focuses on Far East dishes including spiced-anko Japanese dumplings and a choice of teriyaki-glazed salmon or a sesame chicken vegetable stir-fry. The dinner will conclude with a matcha cotton cheesecake with house made whipped cream and candied pistachios. Non-alcoholic beverages are included.
