Ore docks, coal docks, freight docks – all crowded the lower harbor since the founding of Marquette. Find out how the harbor’s changed over the years, learn about what’s left, and discover a few secrets (some hidden in plain sight) about how the docks and the rail lines leading to them shaped downtown Marquette. Prepare for a stroll from the History Center, to the Boardwalk, then down to Lower Harbor Park and back. Presented by Jim Koski. $5 suggested donation.
